was sold to a shop-keeper in such large quantities, nominally

for local consumption, as to make it certain that the drug was

intended for illegitimate use, rendered necessary the enact-

ment of this Subsection.

The object of Section 5 is to remove doubts as to

the legality of the regulations made under Section 56 of the

principal Ordinance.

Section 6 is based on Section 45 of Ordinance No.27

of 1909 and is designed to save the time of the Analyst the

cases referred to him being numerous.
